Phase One -  Discovery and definition

To gain a deep understanding of the ISG client and advisor experience, we collaborated with our partners at Foolproof, and Zensar for the discovery phase. Through comprehensive research, we identified user pain points and areas for improvement. We explored opportunities to reduce manual workload through process streamlining, configuration, and automation. These insights helped us define the MVP and outline the key user journeys for optimization.
This phase culminated in a platform vision that emphasized creating a scalable solution combining digital automation with human expertise.

Phase Two - Rapid MVP development

We quickly developed an MVP roadmap and supporting designs to assist ISG in building their digitized sourcing platform. We centered the MVP around value delivery, impact potential, and solving complex features, all aligned with the technical architecture. We focused on a critical part of the sourcing journey and the user needs associated with it. User research with providers was conducted to validate the overall approach and we corroborated the proof of concept to assess and pilot the functionality of provider access.
The MVP set a clear vision and direction for the platform's build, accelerating delivery and enhancing value for both employees and clients, while opening doors for future sourcing opportunities.

Phase Three - Building the Platform

With the MVP and vision in place, we moved into the build phase. Drawing on the roadmap and requirements from earlier phases, we refined and prioritized features for the sourcing experience.
In partnership with Foolproof, Zensar and ISG’s technical team, we adopted an agile, incremental delivery approach to develop the sourcing platform, focusing on continuous improvements and rapid iteration.

The Future of ISG

ISG Tango was successfully launched in market, and garnered valuable feedback from employees, clients, and providers. By combining qualitative and quantitative insights with platform usage data, we identified areas for improvement. These insights were then triangulated to create a prioritized backlog, guiding future platform enhancements based on the highest-value opportunities.
